Are you an experienced and confident HLTA looking for flexible opportunities within mainstream primary schools across London?
We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and adaptable Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) to work across a range of welcoming and supportive primary schools throughout London.
With opportunities available for daily supply, short-term cover, and ongoing placements, this role is ideal for experienced support staff seeking flexibility, variety, and rewarding classroom experience.
The Role
HLTAs will:
*Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher
*Support teaching and learning across a range of primary year groups
*Provide small-group intervention and targeted classroom support
*Assist with classroom management and pupil engagement
*Work collaboratively with teaching staff to support pupil progress and attainment
We Are Looking For:
*HLTA qualification or relevant classroom experience
*Previous experience within mainstream primary schools
*Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
*Confident individuals comfortable leading whole-class learning
*Flexible, professional, and reliable candidates
*A positive and proactive approach to supporting pupils and staff
