Tax Deals Director (In-House)

Base pay range

Tax Director | London | £140,000 - 170,000 + Bonus + Package | In‑House (Private Credit)

We are exclusively partnered with a Private Credit firm looking to make a deals hire. This role is suitable for an experienced Senior Manager or Director. And, we are open to both those with in‑house experience and, those looking for their first move in‑house.

This role is newly created. It has a majority focus on deal and fund structuring but, you will also have visibility and influence over house tax matters.

A background in Private Credit is preferred but, we are also open to those with broader Private Markets experience.
