Senior Architectural Technician

Senior Architectural Technician Location: Wolverhampton Salary: £40,000 - £48,000 (DOE) An established and growing architectural practice is seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Technician to join its Wolverhampton office. Benefits: * Competitive salary package dependent on experience * Generous holiday allowance plus bank holidays * Ongoing support for professional development and career progression * Friendly and inclusive team environment * Opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects across multiple sectors The Role: * Producing detailed technical drawings, specifications, and construction information using Revit * Preparing Building Regulations submissions and supporting planning applications where required * Coordinating with architects, consultants, contractors, and clients throughout project delivery * Developing technical design solutions that meet client requirements and regulatory standards * Attending project meetings, site visits, and design team reviews * Assisting with project management, quality assurance, and technical coordination * Supporting and mentoring junior team members where appropriate * Ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, accurately, and in line with programme requirements Requirements: * Significant experience working as an Architectural Technician or Architectural Technologist within a UK practice * Strong technical knowledge of UK Building Regulations, construction detailing, and building technology * Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and experience producing detailed construction packages * Experience coordinating projects through planning, technical design, and construction stages * Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team * CIAT accreditation is desirable but not essential To apply for this role, please call Sophie on (phone number removed) or alternatively send your CV and portfolio to
