National Account Executive £35,000 - £45,000 + OTE Worcestershire (Hybrid) – must be a driver due to location Company Profile A well-established SME, on a sustained growth trajectory, now looking for a new addition to a thriving national accounts team. You would be joining a passionate and dynamic FMCG business, with the opportunity to work in a multi-faceted role, full of potential. What’s on offer? * Hybrid working, 2 days in the office * 26 days plus bank holidays * Early finish Fridays * Team socials * SME, opportunity to have direct impact at a pivotal point * Death in service, EAP etc * Product discount What will you do as National Account Executive? * Reporting into a SNAM, working on Grocery and major high street accounts * Account manage a high street account; customer meetings, range reviews and strategy * Monitor sales performance and commercial opportunity, pricing and ranging * Maintain strong commercial administration standards * Build strong cross functional relationships across Marketing, NPD, Operations & Supply Chain What do you need? * Demonstrable success in a similar role within FMCG or relevant business degree * Desire to grow your commercial career within FMCG * Good commercial awareness and analytical mindset * Passionate, determined and problem solving mindset * Confident in building strong internal and external relationships * Microsoft proficiency Job ID: 11282
