Based in either Cardiff or Bristol, you’ll lead on major deals, build direct client relationships, and play a visible role in a team trusted by some of the most active property finance lenders in the market.

Who we’re looking for:
A qualified solicitor with 4+ years’ PQE in real estate finance
Strong technical grounding in facility agreements and property security
Confidence managing transactions from instruction to completion
A pragmatic, client-focused mindset and strong communication skills
