About your new roleWeightmans is investing in the continued growth of our Insolvency & Recoveries team and we're looking to speak with both Partners seeking a new platform and Senior Associates ready to step into Partnership.Our Insolvency & Recoveries team advises on both contentious and non-contentious aspects of personal and corporate insolvency, acting for insolvency practitioners, lenders, businesses, directors and other stakeholders. The team has significant expertise across: Corporate and personal insolvencyBusiness recovery and restructuringCompany distress and turnaround situationsInsolvency litigationDirector disqualification mattersDebt recovery and enforcementWinding-up and bankruptcy proceedingsSecured lending and enforcementRetention of title and financial security issuesCVAs, pre-pack administrations and restructuring solutionsHMRC and tax-related insolvency disputesPartnership insolvency mattersThird Party Rights Against Insurers Act issuesThe practice works closely with colleagues across litigation, banking, corporate, real estate and regulatory teams to deliver joined-up solutions for clients facing complex financial challenges.We're seeking ambitious lawyers with strong technical expertise, commercial acumen and a passion for business development.
