Key Responsibilities
* Provide one-to-one or group support for children with special educational or developmental needs.
* Assist children with daily routines, personal care, feeding, mobility, and hygiene where required.
* Support emotional, social, and behavioral development through positive interaction and encouragement.
* Work closely with parents, teachers, therapists, and healthcare professionals to implement care and support plans.
* Encourage children to participate in educational, recreational, and social activities.
* Monitor and record progress, behaviors, and any concerns, maintaining accurate reports
