Fabric Engineer Liverpool Shopping Centre Monday to Friday | 08:00 17:00 ?? alary: £35,000 per annum About the Role We are seeking a reliable and skilled Fabric Engineer to join our facilities team at a busy shopping centre in Liverpool.

This is a permanent, full-time role focused on delivering high-quality fabric maintenance and general building works in a commercial environment.
Key Responsibilities Carrying out planned and reactive fabric maintenance General handyman duties including basic carpentry, painting, patch repairs and minor building works Carpentry, tiling, flooring, ceiling and door repairs Basic plumbing repairs (e.g.
taps, toilets, pipework) Ensuring all works are completed to a high standard and in line with health & safety requirements Liaising with site management and contractors when required Requirements Relevant trade qualification (fabric/building maintenance or similar) Previous experience in a commercial or retail environment preferred Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently Good understanding of Health xwzovoh & Safety procedures Desirable (Not Essential) IPAF and/or PASMA certification (Training can be provided for the right candidate) Whats on Offer Competitive salary of £35,000 Stable MondayFriday working hours Opportunity to gain further qualifications (IPAF/PASMA) Long-term role in a well-maintained commercial site
