Recruitment Coordinator

Our local authority client based in Nottingham are urgently seeking an experienced Recruitment Coordinator. *£17.35 - £19.49 PAYE (based on experience) Job Role * Proactively build excellent working relationships with managers across the business seeking to understand the resourcing challenges and requirements of their teams. * Delivering high levels of customer service and acting as key point of contact for managers and candidates. * Co-ordinate recruitment activity from advertising to appointment; maintaining and updating recruitment activity on ATS and ensuring all documentation is issued within prescribed timescales. * Challenge, coach and advise hiring managers on appropriate recruitment and selection processes, practice and procedure to support successful hiring that incorporates good practice, compliance, fairness and diversity with efficiency. * Coordinate and manage interviews and preparation to support the hiring manager as and when required * Processing all pre-employment compliance checks including Right to Work and DBS with a high level of accuracy ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal requirements in accordance to agreed policy, processes and time scales. Skills required * Excellent communication both verbally and written with a history of client relationship management * Previous experience of volume recruiting across multiple industries and using an ATS system * Previous experience of onboarding compliance requirements and legislation within a regulated environment * Previous experience of managing a diverse workload and ability to prioritise effectively Please apply with your updated CV ensuring that any gaps in employment are explained.
