Field Sales Executive – Convenience
Field-Based - Bristol to Weston-Super-Mare
£28,000 + £1,500 Quarterly Bonus + Fully Expensed Vehicle
We’re partnering with a fast-growing FMCG brand as it continues to expand across the UK. This is a high-energy, field-based role where you’ll take full ownership of your patch and drive performance across independent convenience retail.
This isn’t a passive account management role. It’s about execution, visibility, and making a tangible difference in-store every day.
The Role
You’ll manage your territory like your own business — identifying opportunities, building strong relationships, and delivering against clear commercial targets.
Key responsibilities include:
Increasing product availability and in-store presence
Expanding product range within accounts
Delivering standout in-store execution (POS, secondary displays)
Activating promotions to drive rate of sale
Building and maintaining strong retailer relationships
Feeding back real-time market insights
Managing activity and reporting in line with company expectations
This is a fast-paced, high-activity role where resilience, ownership, and consistency are critical to success.
Who This Suits
Experience in FMCG or field sales looking for more ownership and progression

Background in retail, convenience or hospitality looking to break into field sales
