Key Responsibilities Attending refrigeration service, maintenance, and breakdown call-outs across London and surrounding areas Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs on refrigeration systems and equipment Ensuring refrigeration systems remain operational and compliant Delivering a high standard of customer service on site Managing daily schedules and workloads efficiently Maintaining accurate job records and communication with customers Supporting installation work when required during peak periods Candidate Requirements Strong background in refrigeration fault-finding, servicing, and reactive maintenance Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Professional and confident when dealing directly with customers Reliable, organised, and self-motivated Full clean UK driving licence DBS check required prior to employment Whats On Offer Salary between £45,000 £55,000 depending on experience Monthly performance bonuses Uncapped profit share on work brought into the business Holiday allowance plus bank holidays Additional holiday entitlement for each year of service Pension scheme Bonus incentives following successful probation Additional Benefits Company van Fuel card and company card Uniform and specialist tools provided Phone contribution The Opportunity This is a full-time, field-based position offering autonomy, stability, and genuine earning potential. xwzovoh
