From supporting large-scale projects and building position structures to ensuring data integrity and delivering critical insights to operational teams, you'll be at the heart of keeping our people data accurate, efficient, and future-ready.

Based at our Northampton Head Office, this hybrid role offers the best of both worlds, with the flexibility to split your time between the office and home while working as part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team.

Pay, benefits and more:

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £26,000 per annum. In addition, we offer and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays).
