Because you'll enjoy: From £15.00 per hour, depending on experience Weekly pay - paid every Friday Hourly rate - get paid for every hour you work Live-in accommodation available 40 hours per week A role initially offered for 2-3 months, with potential to become permanent for the right person Generally Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend flexibility required Key Responsibilities: As Head Housekeeper, you'll take responsibility for the day-to-day Housekeeping operation, ensuring guests enjoy consistently high standards throughout their stay. Manage daily cleaning operations and inspect rooms to ensure excellent standards Monitor brand standards and standard operating procedures Lead, motivate and develop the Housekeeping team Ensure training and competency records are fully completed Support with servicing bedrooms when required Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and guest experience Provide flexible support across the operation, including occasional weekends What we're looking for: You'll need previous supervisory or management experience within a Hotel Housekeeping environment, together with a practical, hands-on approach.
