1-2-1 Legal EA

Our prestigious US law firm client, based in the City, is seeking an experienced Legal EA to support one of their most senior Partners on a 1-2-1 basis in their Corporate department.

This will be a very busy and hands-on 1-2-1 Legal EArole and the firm is looking for a confident, proactive and highly motivated Legal EA who enjoys their role ands prides themselves on their work execution and being part of successful outcomes.

1-2-1 Legal EA – What you’ll be doing:

• Take full ownership of diary management for your Partner including scheduling, prioritising, and confirming meetings with a keen understanding of priority and confidentiality.
• Organise diary appointments, arrange meetings, client/departmental events, lunches and dinners.
• Book complex travel and accommodation arrangements, prepare travel itineraries and process travel expenses.
• Assisting with required business development requirements.
• Prepare and produce bills, keeping accurate records of timesheets, expenses, disbursements and fees. Liaise with billing and finance teams as required.
• WIP reporting.
• Produce accurate and complex house-style documents, manuscript amends and document comparisons. xwzovoh
• Management of inboxes and e-filing.

1-2-1 Legal EA – What we are looking for:

• 5 years+ Senior Legal PA / EA experience from a highly regarded London based Law Firm, preferably 1-2-1 however not essential
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office and legal secretarial software
• Excellent teamwork and professional attitude
