Position: Team Manager – Supported Living
Location: Colchester, Essex
Salary: £30,500 per annum+ Excellent added benefits
Hours: Full time

Career Makers is working with a well-established care provider to recruit an experienced Team Manager for its supported living services across Colchester.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced care professional to join a growing team, overseeing service delivery and supporting staff to provide high-quality, person-centred care. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining standards, developing staff and ensuring individuals receive the support they need to live as independently as possible.

Responsibilities as a Team Manager:

* Supporting the day-to-day management of supported living services.

* Leading, supervising and developing teams of Support Workers.

* Supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and complex requirements.

* Ensuring compliance with relevant policies, procedures and regulatory standards.

* Supporting service development and continuous improvement.

Requirements as a Team Manager:

* Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent.

* Previous experience within a health and social care setting.

* Experience supporting individuals with complex needs.

* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
