The Role


They are looking for an experienced Paid Media Specialist with expertise in Google Ads and a strong focus on data-driven performance. In this role, you\'ll create and refine targeted PPC campaigns, analyze key metrics to enhance results, and play a key role in shaping digital strategy. Collaborating within a dedicated team, you\'ll have the support of your team around you while taking the lead in client discussions and campaign direction.


Key Responsibilities



  • Execute and optimize paid media campaigns for maximum ROI.

  • Use data insights to refine and enhance campaign performance.

  • Manage media planning, setup, reporting, and budgets.

  • Build strong client relationships through strategy and reporting.

  • Lead internal and external knowledge-sharing sessions.

  • Stay updated on industry trends to improve results.

  • Collaborate with teams to strengthen campaign strategies.


What You’ll Need



  • 2+ years of hands-on PPC experience, especially in Google Ads.

  • Strong analytical skills for reporting and optimization.

  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and GA4.

  • Proactive, innovative approach to digital marketing.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder presentation skills.

  • Adaptability to new advertising platforms.

  • Team player in a fast-paced environment.


Bonus Skills



  • Experience with Microsoft Ads or emerging platforms.

  • Knowledge of Google Tag Manager.
