Siamo Recruitment is currently recruiting for packer/co-pack operatives to work at our client's site in DIRFT, NN67GX.

Shift pattern
Mon-Fri 06:00-14:00 (occasional weekend overtime)
Pay Rate:
Pay £13.62 per hour
(Overtime AM/PM Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday is paid at £17.27 p/h.
Overtime AM/PM Sunday is paid at £21.27 p/h)

Job description & Duties:

• Managing a team of up to 10 people
• Allocating workers to production?lines
• Checking and preparing inbound stock pallets
• Setting up?production lines (including conveyor belts, tables, equipment, Trakrap, etc)
• Running?jobs on the system (Nulogy)
• Scanning all components according to Bill of Materials
• Briefing the team SKU,?description?of the work, pallet spec, quantities etc.
• Moving pallets in and out of production?line
• Quality checks of produced goods
• Reconciliation of goods and consumables at the end of the run
• Line clear down
• Working with other?Line?leads and Team?leader to prepare production plan
• Monitoring productivity and efficiency
• Resolving any issues arising during production run
• Ensuring compliance with H&S and Quality regulations
• Maintaining fully operational, safe, and tidy work environment.
