Electrical Installation Assessor / TutorLocation: East Midlands (Leicester / Birmingham / Milton Keynes)Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 DOE + £4,500 Car AllowanceFull Time | Permanent About the Role We are seeking an experienced Electrical Installation Assessor / Tutor to support the delivery of Level 3 Electrical Installation Apprenticeships across the East Midlands region. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified electrical educator to join a growing training team, supporting apprentices throughout their learning journey and helping develop the next generation of skilled electricians.The role will involve a blend of workplace assessment, learner support, progress reviews, and technical tutoring, working closely with employers and apprentices to ensure successful completion of their apprenticeship programme.What You’ll Be Doing

• Assessing and supporting learners undertaking the Level 3 Electrical Installation Apprenticeship Standard.
• Delivering technical teaching and coaching sessions to support apprentice development.
• Conducting workplace assessments and reviewing learner progress against required standards.
• Supporting apprentices to develop the practical skills, knowledge, and behaviours required within the electrical industry.
