About the role
A senior interior design role supporting complex hospitality projects from concept through completion in London. Working across high-end F&B, spa and large-scale hotel developments, you will lead design delivery, coordinate project teams and provide creative and technical direction. This position suits a designer with at least eight years of relevant hospitality design and project management experience, confident managing client communication, documentation, consultants and contractors. The contract is expected to start in October 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
Lead design delivery across all project phases
Develop project vision with senior design leadership
Coordinate clients, consultants, operators and contractors
Oversee drawings, specifications, schedules and presentations
Delegate work and mentor project team membersYou will provide design and technical direction while coordinating closely with FF&E teams. Responsibilities also include monitoring resources, fees, programmes, budgets and potential schedule changes.
Skills & Experience Required
At least eight years of relevant hospitality experience
Strong interior architecture and design knowledge
Excellent colour, material and composition skills
Advanced AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite capability
Strong technical, presentation and communication skillsGood working knowledge of SketchUp is required. Revit, Enscape, 3D Studio Max and Rhino experience is advantageous, alongside strong construction knowledge and the ability to deliver effectively under pressure.
Salary & Benefits
£55,000 - £60,000 salary
Approximately 1 year fixed-term contract
Start date October 2026
21 days annual leave plus bank holidays
