About the role

Elevation Recruitment Group are recruiting for a Continuous Improvement Lead to join a growing manufacturing business operating within a fast-paced production environment.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong Lean manufacturing background who enjoys improving processes, driving efficiencies, and working closely with operational teams to deliver measurable improvements across the factory.

You’ll play a key role in helping the site improve performance across productivity, waste reduction, quality, downtime, and overall operational efficiency.

The Role - Continuous Improvement Lea

  • dLead continuous improvement activities across manufacturing operation
  • sDrive Lean manufacturing and operational excellence initiative
  • sIdentify opportunities to improve productivity, reduce waste, and increase efficienc
  • ySupport Kaizen events, root cause analysis, and problem-solving activitie
  • sMonitor and improve KPIs including OEE, downtime, scrap, and process performanc
  • eWork cross-functionally with Production, Engineering, Quality, Planning, and Supply Chain team
  • sSupport implementation and optimisation of new equipment and operational project
  • sCoach and support teams in CI tools and best practic
  • eDevelop reporting and performance tracking to support operational decision makin
  • gHelp build a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational disciplin

  • orPrevious experience in a Continuous Improvement, Lean, Operational Excellence, or Manufacturing Improvement ro
