Key Account Manager – Industrial Distribution 📍 South (Oxfordshire / Milton Keynes ideal) | 🏠 Remote / Field-Based 💼 Full-Time, Permanent SFR Recruitment Solutions are exclusively supporting the search for an experienced Key Account Manager to lead and develop major national distributor accounts within the industrial sector. This is a high-impact role focused on managing and growing key relationships with Arco, Lyreco and Cromwell, driving category growth and strengthening market presence across safety and industrial product ranges. 💼 The Role * Take full commercial ownership of key national accounts * Drive revenue growth, market share and category expansion * Build strong multi-level relationships across buying, category, sales and marketing teams * Develop and deliver joint business plans and quarterly reviews * Identify opportunities across catalogue, online and branch channels * Support customer field sales teams with training, proposals and joint visits * Track performance, pipeline and promotional activity * Deliver product training and support onboarding of customer teams * Conduct site surveys across the South, providing reports and recommendations * Collaborate internally across marketing, technical, operations and customer service teams ✅ About You * Proven experience selling into national industrial distributors (e.g. Arco, Lyreco, Cromwell or similar) * Background in industrial sectors (MRO, safety, PPE, engineering, tools etc.) * Strong relationship builder with a commercial mindset * Confident presenting, influencing and leading discussions at all levels * Data-aware with the ability to spot growth opportunities * Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities * Based in or around Oxfordshire / Milton Keynes with flexibility to travel 🎯 What’s on Offer * Remote / field-based role with autonomy * Full training provided (technical, surveys, products and systems) * Structured support, coaching and clear progression * Opportunity to manage high-value national accounts * Work with a well-established brand and market-leading product range 📩 If you have experience managing national distributor accounts and are looking to take ownership of key relationships in a growth-focused environment, apply today or contact SFR Recruitment Solutions for a confidential discussion
