Cold Metal Transfer (CMT) Welding / Joining Engineer

We are seeking a skilled professional with expertise in Cold Metal Transfer (CMT) welding, especially using Fronius CMT systems and other advanced GMAW processes.This is a technical, process-focused role where you will develop, optimise, and support robust welding solutions within a Body in White setting. Your hands-on experience will be key in troubleshooting weld defects, supporting robotic welding systems from installation through to production launch, and working closely with equipment suppliers and automation specialists.Ideal candidates will demonstrate significant practical knowledge of robotic weld cell commissioning, process development, and high-volume manufacturing environments.
