Cad Technician

Our client, an architects based in Surrey, has an immediate opportunity for an experienced professional. The position offers an experienced individual to take a pivotal role in project running management and technical delivery. They are seeking an experienced professional, with good commercial experience in technically delivering projects through various detailed work stages. Successful candidates will be self-motivated, able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, and comfortable taking responsibility for coordinating and delivering projects tasks. They welcome applications from professionals across a range of roles, including architects, interior architects and architectural technologists provided they have relevant experience in the technical delivery. Key Requirements * Proven experience of technically delivering architectural projects * Strong working knowledge of current UK Building Regulations * Ability to prepare NBS specifications and compile Scope of Works * Proficiency in Word, Excel and AutoCAD is a must * Excellent organisation and communication skills * Ability to manage workload and meet project deadlines Please make sure that your location and phone number are included in your application
