SEN Teacher – Multiple Opportunities Across Salford Location: Salford & Surrounding Areas Employer: The Education Specialists (TES) Start Date: September 2026  Contract: Long-term / Ongoing / Flexible across Trust schools Salary: £160 – £250 per day (dependent on experience) Hours: Full-time (part-time considered for strong applicants) Exciting New Partnership – SEN Teachers Required The Education Specialists (TES) are proud to announce a newly established partnership with a large Multi Academy Trust across the Salford and surrounding areas. As a result, all future agency recruitment for this Trust will be managed directly through TES. We are now actively recruiting passionate and dedicated SEN Teachers to support a range of Primary and Secondary specialist provisions within the Trust. This is a fantastic opportunity to either: Secure a long-term placement within one school, or Work flexibly across multiple schools within the Trust, gaining a breadth of experience About the Role You will be working with pupils who have a range of additional needs, which may include: Autism (ASC) ADHD SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health) PMLD / Complex Needs Behavioural challengesRoles are available across both Primary and Secondary settings, with varying class sizes and support structures in place. Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment Implement behaviour management strategies effectively Work collaboratively with support staff, SENCOs, and wider school teams Monitor and track pupil progress in line with EHCP targets What We’re Looking For Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or equivalent) Experience working within SEN or alternative provisions (preferred but not essential for strong candidates) Strong behaviour management skills A flexible, resilient, and proactive approach Passion for supporting pupils with additional needs What TES Offers Competitive daily rates (£160 – £250 PAYE) Long-term stability within a well-established Trust Access to exclusive roles through our partnership Ongoing CPD including SEN & behaviour management training Dedicated consultant support from a team with SEN background experience £150 referral bonus scheme Why Join Us Now?
