Corporate Solicitor

The Corporate Team includes specialist private equity, venture capital, reorganisations, capital markets and incentives/EOT sub teams, and also benefits from working closely with other service lines in the Corporate Services Division, such as the Banking & Finance, Corporate Tax, Company Secretarial and Commercial and Technology teams.

The work would include:

• Drafting, negotiating, and finalising primary and ancillary transaction documents.
• Conducting legal research and supporting the Corporate Team on a range of matters.
• Managing your own transactions and caseload while collaborating on complex deals.
• Coordinating with internal teams on due diligence and other transaction requirements.
• Building strong client relationships through direct communication and participation in meetings with clients, intermediaries, and external law firms.
• Supporting business development initiatives and delivering a professional, efficient, and client-focused service. xwzovoh
