Chef – Straight Shifts and Sunday always off

Our client, a neighbourhood restaurant and food shop is now looking for an experienced Chef who is used to cook and understand fine seasonal fresh produce.

Based in Russel Square / Holborn WC1, we are serving a small daily changing menu showcasing the shop produce from souffles, to risotto, fresh pasta, seasonal salads and complex stews.

The Chef we are looking for:

•We make everything in-house and is essential the Chef has experience in Classic cooking techniques including butchery and fish preparation skills, stocks and sauces.

•The ideal Chef is well organized, enjoys responsibilities and gives creative input.

•A team player and stays cam under pressure with good communication skills
