RTA Litigation Paralegal – Manchester – Hybrid – Up to £34,000

A leading National firm is seeking an RTA Litigation Paralegal to join its award‑winning Manchester Motor team. This is an excellent opportunity to handle a varied caseload of litigated Motor matters within a market‑leading department acting for major insurers, TPAs, self‑insured organisations and commercial clients.

As an RTA Litigation Paralegal in the Manchester team, you’ll manage a mixed Fast Track and Small Claims caseload, gain exposure to complex liability disputes, and work within a collaborative, well‑established team known for its technical expertise and supportive culture.

The Role

• Managing a caseload of litigated RTA Fast Track and Small Claims matters
• Handling personal injury, credit hire and complex liability disputes
• Conducting detailed investigations into liability, quantum and evidence
• Drafting pleadings, correspondence and settlement documentation
• Working with the MOJ and OIC portals
• Liaising directly with clients, opponents and third parties
• Preparing files for hearings and progressing cases efficiently
• Supporting senior fee earners on more complex matters

The Candidate

• Experience managing a litigated RTA Fast Track and Small Claims caseload
• Solid working knowledge of the MOJ and OIC portals
• Experience handling Credit Hire claims
• Good understanding of court procedures and the CPR
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills
• High attention to detail and strong legal insight
• Confident communicator with excellent client care skills
• Comfortable using case management systems and general IT
