You’ll also supervise and mentor care staff, helping them grow and maintain best practices. What You'll Be Doing * Leading and supporting the care team to deliver high-quality care * Administering medication safely and accurately * Monitoring residents’ wellbeing and updating care records * Liaising with healthcare professionals and families * Supporting residents with personal care, meals, and daily activities * Ensuring the home remains clean, safe, and welcoming * Promoting dignity, independence, and choice for every resident * Participating in audits, inspections, and team meetings
