Requirements

Previous experience in Structured Products including an in‑depth knowledge of the Prospectus Regulation and public offer rules in EEA jurisdictions.
Qualified in German law with training from a top law firm.
Previous experience of legal documentation automation would be desirable.
Previous experience in ETP would be desirable (but not necessary).
Native German speaker, proficiency in English is a must, and another European language would be desirable.
