Primary SEN Teaching Assistant - Clifton, Nottingham Pay: £95 - £110 per day (depending on experience) Employer: Aspire People Aspire People are seeking a compassionate and motivated SEN Teaching Assistant to support a welcoming primary school in Clifton, Nottingham. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about helping children with additional needs to achieve their full potential. The Role: Providing tailored 1:1 or small group support to children with special educational needs. Assisting with personalised learning programmes to help pupils engage and progress. Supporting children with social, emotional, and behavioural development. Working closely with teachers, the SENCO, and parents to ensure pupils' needs are met. Creating a safe, inclusive, and encouraging classroom environment. About You: Experience working with children with SEN (e.g., autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, SEMH). A patient, adaptable, and caring nature. Ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families.
