As Membership Manager, you'll be responsible for developing long-term relationships with members, understanding their individual travel preferences and ensuring every experience exceeds expectations.

The role

• Manage a portfolio of high-value members, acting as their primary relationship contact.
• Deliver an exceptional, personalised service across every touchpoint.
• Understand members' travel preferences, lifestyle and priorities to create a truly tailored experience.
• Build long-term engagement, loyalty and retention.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the overall member experience.

We're looking for someone who has:

• Experience within luxury travel, hospitality, concierge, private members' clubs, lifestyle or another premium service environment.
• Exceptional relationship management skills.
• A naturally proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• Outstanding communication skills and impeccable attention to detail.
• A genuine passion for delivering world-class customer experiences.
