For a Senior Recruitment Consultant this opportunity offers: Up to £37k base salary No cold calling or business development No umbrella companies or LTD Company schemes Team bonus with commission of up to 0.75% Busy Driving desk with live vacancies Monday to Thursday 8am-5pm and 8am-4pm every Friday Transparent weekly margin reporting Shared on-call rota across a team of 6-7 people Free parking or a paid parking pass Regular team entertainment including golf events The Role As a Senior Recruitment Consultant you'll: Manage a busy temporary Driving desk Recruit and place professional drivers into temporary assignments Build strong relationships with candidates and existing clients Fill bookings quickly and efficiently Deliver an excellent service throughout the recruitment process Work closely with an experienced and supportive team Use a new recruitment CRM as the business transitions to Matchmaker About You You'll be a Senior Recruitment Consultant who: Has previous agency recruitment experience Has Driving recruitment experience, or experience in another temporary recruitment sector Enjoys building relationships with candidates Thrives in a fast-paced environment Is organised, proactive and enjoys working as part of a close-knit team Wants to concentrate on recruitment rather than spending every day making sales calls Interested?
