Domestic Energy Assessor - Surveying & Project Management job available in Manchester supporting residential survey programmes across housing portfolios. This freelance role suits assessors with EPC experience seeking flexible survey work alongside stock condition inspections across residential properties. The position offers ongoing contract opportunities for professionals experienced in residential surveying, property inspections and asset management programmes throughout Greater Manchester.
Role & Responsibilities
Complete domestic EPC assessments across residential properties
Carry out residential stock condition surveys
Record building condition and maintenance information accurately
Prepare clear survey reports and data records
Manage survey appointments and programme deadlinesThe role involves independent site inspections across residential housing portfolios while supporting structured asset management programmes. Surveyors will liaise with residents, housing providers and operational teams throughout active survey projects.
Skills & Experience Required
Elmhurst accredited Domestic Energy Assessor
Residential EPC assessment experience
Residential stock condition survey experience
Strong property inspection and reporting skills
Full UK driving licence and vehicle accessApplicants should have a strong understanding of residential building fabric, maintenance issues and survey procedures. The successful candidate will be confident managing workloads independently while maintaining accurate reporting standards across multiple survey appointments.
Salary & Benefits
