Your focus will be on creating highly personalised learning experiences, fostering communication, engagement, and independence in each pupil. You will work closely with Teaching Assistants to ensure all pupils receive consistent and effective support. Responsibilities Deliver differentiated and accessible lessons tailored to individual needs Plan lessons around individual learning objectives and EHCP outcomes Collaborate closely with Teaching Assistants Monitor, record, and promote individual pupil progress Champion communication, independence, and engagement  Skills and Experience Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Previous SEND teaching experience highly desirable Experience supporting Autism, SLD, PMLD, or complex needs beneficial Strong understanding of EHCP outcomes Enhanced Child/Adult DBS required 24 months' references  Location and Package Location: Dudley Contract position – starting October 2026 Daily rate: £140 – £253 per dayIf you are committed to providing impactful and meaningful education for pupils with SEND and are ready for your next challenge, this role could be the perfect fit.
