About the role
Clarasys - Consult with a Times Top 100 Small Company
You know that project you worked on which you really enjoyed? Where you felt like you made a difference? Where you were part of a great team, and were given the space to step up?
All the relevant skills, qualifications and experience that a successful applicant will need are listed in the following description.
We’ve created a consultancy where that’s the norm, not the exception.
Here, doing the right thing for our clients is what matters most. It’s where consultants are given early and ongoing responsibility. ‘Team’ rules over ‘individual’, and development is part of the fabric, not just a training course. Here, you’re encouraged to be yourself.
And even if we do say so ourselves, it’s going pretty well. Our clients love working with us, our people are happy, and we always invest back into the community. So well in fact that we’re on a constant growth path which means we are always looking for talented consultants to join our team.
So if you’ve got 1-5 years experience in client-facing consulting and want to work somewhere that puts doing the right thing above all else, send us across your details and we’ll be in touch.
What would I be doing?
We help our clients deliver business change and transformation. However being a Clarasys consultant is not just about delivering the same thing over and over again. We ensure the work we do is tailored to our clients and when projects comes to an end, clients are empowered to be self-sufficient. You’ll spend most of your time on client site (mainly in London), working normally in teams of 3-5 and will be given the trust and autonomy to deliver.
When not working on client, you’ll be able to fulfill your entrepreneurial ambitions, helping us grow Clarasys for our clients, our people and our business. Your voice and ideas will be heard and you’ll have opportunities to work on the things which matter to you.
Above all else, you’ll be part of an organisation which really cares about you, your passions, your goals and your development. Whether that means you want to become someone who delivers bigger, more complex projects, leads a part of our business, or advises senior clients, you’ll find a whole company committed to helping you make that happen.
Who are you?
You’ll be someone who wants more from their job and career. You’ll have the normal consulting skills (strong academics, excellent stakeholder management skills, strong analytical and problem solving skills) and want to apply them as part of a dynamic, talented team, on interesting work. You’ll care about bettering yourself and want to be in an environment which actively promotes and supports you to do so. You’ll see things like weekly coaching sessions as a huge benefit, socials as a chance to let your hair down and pro bono work as an opportunity to give something back. You’ll care about experience, knowledge and capability - not hierarchy, and you’ll be passionate about turning your ideas into outcomes which benefit the whole company. xwzovoh You’ll be a consultant who wants to do the right thing above all else.
If that’s you, we’d love to hear from you so.
