Flexible working arrangements to suit your availability and lifestyle Competitive rates of pay (£25£35 per hour) Long-term tutoring opportunities with consistent learner support Term-time only working to provide a balanced approach to your schedule As a SEN Tutor, you will provide tailored one-to-one tuition for children with additional needs, creating a supportive environment where they can develop confidence and achieve their goals. Create and adapt lesson plans that support individual learning requirements and Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) where applicable Support children and young people who may be unable to access a mainstream classroom setting Build confidence, engagement and independence through a positive and encouraging teaching approach We are looking for dedicated education professionals who are passionate about supporting children with additional needs and helping them overcome barriers to learning. Experience working with children or young people with Special Educational Needs, including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, dyslexia or other learning differences Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual learning styles and developmental needs Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), previous tutoring experience, or relevant experience within an educational setting is desirable A genuine commitment to helping children achieve their personal and academic goals We will support you throughout the process and help match you with a suitable learner.
