Salary: £100,000-£120,000 plus bonus and benefits
Location: London (Hybrid)

We are partnering with a design‑led brand redefining a fast‑growing category. The business is a design‑led consumer brand that has built a strong reputation for combining aesthetics, sustainability and functionality. Their products sit at the intersection of lifestyle and purpose, resonating with a highly engaged consumer base and a growing network of retail partners.

The Role

This is a broad, hands‑on Sales & Partnerships Director role leading UK commercial growth.

Responsibilities include:

• Growing national retail accounts and developing the independent retail channel
• Building strategic partnerships that expand the brand beyond traditional retail
• Creating brand partnerships, events, and pop‑ups that connect directly with consumers
• Leading and developing a small UK commercial team
• Identifying new routes to market and alternative revenue streams

The Candidate

We’re looking for a commercial leader with experience in a premium consumer goods or lifestyle brands, with strong retail relationships, and the entrepreneurial mindset to build partnerships and unlock new revenue streams.
