Resident Liaison Officer

Resident Liaison Officer Location: Brighton Job Type: Permanent Salary: Competitive We are working with a growing construction business specialising in cladding remediation projects, who are looking to appoint a Resident Liaison Officer on a permanent basis. The Role As a Resident Liaison Officer, you will act as the main point of contact for residents, keeping them informed throughout the works and helping to ensure projects run smoothly. Key responsibilities will include: * Acting as the main point of contact for residents throughout the project * Keeping residents informed about upcoming works, access requirements and programme changes * Carrying out resident visits and maintaining regular communication * Dealing with queries, concerns and complaints in a professional manner * Liaising with site teams, subcontractors and management to resolve issues * Supporting residents who may be affected by the works * Maintaining accurate records of resident communication and enquiries * Assisting with newsletters, notices and other resident communications * Building positive relationships with residents and ensuring a high level of customer service About You The ideal candidate will have: * Previous experience as a Resident Liaison Officer, Customer Liaison Officer or similar role * Experience working within construction, refurbishment or social housing would be advantageous * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * A professional and approachable manner * Strong organisational and administrative skills * The ability to deal with difficult situations calmly and professionally * Good attention to detail and accurate record keeping * A proactive approach and the ability to work closely with site teams This is a great opportunity to join a growing business specialising in cladding remediation, offering a permanent position within a friendly team and the opportunity to develop with the company.
