Regional Head of Engineering – Transform Transport

FirstGroup Internal is looking for a Head of Engineering to lead and support engineering performance across the B2C region. This role requires a strong leader who can build a customer-centric culture while maintaining compliance with statutory and legal regulations.

The Head of Engineering will collaborate closely with various directors and managers to ensure operational policies are adopted effectively. You will need to have excellent leadership, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills, along with extensive knowledge of relevant legislations in the service sector.
