The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team recognized for delivering high-quality, specialist pensions advice to a broad client base, including trustees, employers, charities, public bodies and master trusts. The practice has an established reputation in the market, offers genuine opportunities for progression and works closely with colleagues across disputes, employment, corporate, private wealth, funds and other specialist practice areas.


Work Overview

You will advise on a broad range of non-contentious pensions matters, supporting clients on complex advisory work and helping them navigate evolving legal and regulatory issues. The role offers direct client exposure, early responsibility and the opportunity to work alongside experienced partners in a supportive, high-performing team with a strong focus on innovation and professional development.


Responsibilities

  • Advising clients on a wide range of UK pensions matters.
  • Drafting clear, practical legal advice and supporting complex advisory mandates.
  • Managing client relationships and working closely with partners on ongoing matters.
  • Undertaking legal research and providing commercially focused solutions.
  • Supporting business development initiatives, networking and profile-raising activities.
  • Building strong relationships with clients and colleagues across the wider firm.


Candidate Profile

  • England & Wales qualified solicitor with approximately 2–6 years' PQE.
  • Strong experience in UK pensions law, ideally within a recognized private practice team.
  • Excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach, with a genuine interest in developing a long-term career in pensions.
