Production & Assembly Operative’s – Temp to Perm – Immediate Start Location: Rochdale Pay Rate: £12.74 per hour Contract: Temporary to Permanent Shift Pattern Monday to Friday (Rotating Shifts) 6:00am – 2:00pm 2:00pm – 10:00pm Occasional 8:00am – 5:00pm shifts About the Role We are looking for Production & Manufacturing Operatives to join a busy manufacturing site in Rochdale. This is a hands-on role involving assembly, product preparation, finishing work, and supporting production processes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with manufacturing or production experience who is looking for a long-term role with the potential to secure a permanent position. Key Duties Assemble and bond components to manufacturing specifications Prepare materials through sanding, finishing, and quality checks Support production lines to meet daily targets Carry out general production and factory duties Follow all health & safety and quality procedures Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area What We're Looking For Previous experience in production, manufacturing, assembly, or similar roles Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Good attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude Able to work independently and as part of a team Flexible to work rotating shifts Must be able to attend a site induction prior to starting work Benefits £12.74 per hour Overtime available, paid at Time + 1/3 Monday to Friday working schedule Clean and supportive working environment Temp-to-perm opportunity with long-term prospects Immediate starts available Important Information Successful candidates will be required to attend a site induction before commencing employment.
