Job ID: 2779Salary: up to 50,000 plus packageLocation: SurreyRegion: SurreySub Contract Package Quantity Surveyor – Surrey – up to 50,000 plus packageMy client a medium sized contractor who specialise in works mainly in Residential, Education and leisure builds and regeneration projects with a turnover which exceeds 100m annually.They are currently looking for a quantity surveyor with experience in sub contract packages including brickwork and mechanical packages. The projects covered will be in the region of Surrey, South and South West London areas.The ideal candidate would have experience with a UK residential developer or main contractor on a permanent basis or long term contract.Must have proven experience working on projects up to 30m+ in either residential, commercial and/or education projects in the UK.In return my client can offer a competitive salary up to 50,000 plus a package and career progression within the company.A degree in Quantity Surveying would be essential.RICS membership would be desirable but not essential.CIOB membership would be desirable but not essential.If you are interested, please apply and send your CV across.
