- Milesian Manor Magherafelt, Northern Ireland £23.23 per hour | 38.5 hours per week | Full-time Staffline is recruiting on behalf of a valued client for a Registered Staff Nurse to join the nursing team at their Care Home in Magherafelt.

This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate and dedicated nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care to residents in a supportive and professional care-home environment.

The Role As a Registered Staff Nurse, you will play a key role in ensuring the health, safety, and wellbeing of residents.

Your responsibilities will include: Delivering high standards of nursing care in line with NMC, RQIA, HSCT, and regulatory requirements Developing, implementing, and reviewing individualised care plans Administering medication safely and accurately Making clinical decisions using professional judgement Maintaining accurate and up-to-date resident records Supporting and guiding care staff Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams Promoting a safe, supportive environment that enhances residents' quality of life Essential Criteria Registered Nurse qualification (RGN, RMN, or RNLD) Active NMC registration Previous nursing experience within Northern Ireland (essential) Knowledge of elderly care, care planning, and primary nursing Understanding of RQIA, HSCT, and health & safety standards Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, patient-focused approach Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays Good command of written and spoken English Right to work in the UK Medically fit for role Desirable Criteria Experience in a nursing or care-home setting Team leadership or management experience Benefits Competitive rate of £23.23 per hour Fully paid induction programme Ongoing training and development opportunities Career progression opportunities Employee xwzovoh Assistance Programme Health and wellbeing initiatives Free uniform and on-site parking Employee referral incentives
