Project Coordinator 3 month Fixed-Term Contract (possible extension) Looking for someone to start 1st October Based in Petersfield Offering circa £37,000 (Pro rata) Do you have experience supporting project managers with day-to-day coordination? Do you have experience maintaining project plans, RAID logs, action trackers, decision logs, and status reporting packs? If your answer to these is yes, then this could be the role for you! As the Project Coordinator, you will be working with a cutting-edge consultancy supporting various clients on their porject needs. You will be involved in: Support project managers with day-to-day coordination across software implementation projects Maintain project plans, RAID logs, action trackers, decision logs, and status reporting packs Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, capture minutes, and follow up on actions Track progress against milestones, deliverables, and dependencies, escalating risks or blockers promptly Liaise with internal teams, clients, and third-party suppliers to support clear communication and timely delivery Assist with onboarding, discovery, configuration, testing, training, and go-live preparation activities Help manage project documentation, ensuring information is accurate, current, and easy to access Support change control, issue management, and implementation governance processes Contribute to client-facing updates, implementation communications, and stakeholder engagement materials Provide flexible administrative and operational support to improve project efficiency and delivery quality If this all sounds like something you will be interested in then simply apply and we can discuss the opportunity further!
