Location: North London Rate: £22 per hour Type: Long-term Vehicle: Company van + fuel card provided We are currently recruiting for an experienced carpenter to join a busy social housing repairs and maintenance team in east london . The Role: * Carrying out reactive repairs and maintenance in occupied and void social housing properties * Carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, painting and general making-good works * Diagnosing and completing repairs to a high standard * Working to agreed timescales and housing KPIs * Completing job sheets and reporting works accurately * Providing a professional and respectful service to residents Requirements: * Proven experience as a Multi Trader * NVQ Level 2 in a relevant core trade – essential * Strong skills across at least two trades * Social housing or property maintenance experience * Full UK driving licence * Good customer service skills * Ability to work independently and manage a daily workload Package: * £22 per hour * Company van provided * Fuel card provided * Long-term ongoing work * North London patch * Monday to Friday
