Job summaryAre you a GP? Primary Care 24 (PC24) are seeking highly skilled and motivated GPs to join our salaried workforce with opportunities within our Out Of Hours department. You will work onsite within our sites in Merseyside, Halton & Warrington and attend home visits for our Primary Care 24 patients.Main duties of the jobCarry out medical services with due care and attention, using skills and experience in accordance with good medical practice.Triage patients over the phone and make a clinical decision about appropriate care.Investigate and diagnose with a care plan/management to follow.Medicine management and occasional urgent test management.Conduct home visits and face-to-face Urgent Care Centre appointments. .Work closely with operations and clinical staffAbout usPrimary Care 24 (PC24) is a not-for-profit social enterprise established in 2004, predominately delivering NHS contracts.
