The successful candidate will play a key role in establishing and developing the consultancy's new Edinburgh operation, working closely with senior leadership to grow the business across Scotland and the North of England. A successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a significant amount of existing projects and an ever-growing client base.A clear pathway has been identified for the successful individual to acquire a significant shareholding in the Edinburgh business within 12 months, alongside the opportunity to lead and develop the office as it grows.This role would suit a technically strong Mechanical Engineer who is equally motivated by business development, client relationships, and the prospect of helping shape a successful regional consultancy operation.Your New CompanyAn established Building Services Design Consultancy with a long-standing reputation for delivering high-quality Mechanical, Electrical and Environmental Engineering solutions across the UK and Ireland. The consultancy provides MEP design, BIM coordination, and 3D modelling services across a diverse portfolio of projects spanning commercial, education, healthcare, residential, industrial and public sector developments. Having built a successful presence elsewhere in the UK, the business is now investing in Scotland through the creation of a new Edinburgh office and is seeking an ambitious Mechanical Engineer to help drive this exciting next phase of growth.Your New RoleBased in Edinburgh, you'll work across a hybrid model incorporating office, home, and site-based working, supporting projects throughout Scotland and the North of England.
