About the role

Clanmil is looking for a Senior Carer to join our team at De la Cour House, Belfast. The role involves maintaining records, administering medication, and leading a dedicated staff team to deliver person‑centred care and support to residents in a 24hr residential setting.

You will supervise, induct and coach colleagues, focusing on residents’ dignity and independence. NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care is preferred, with two years’ experience; five years without NVQ also considered.
