Site Manager

ITS Construction is currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a shop fit-out project in Birmingham city centre. The Role: You will be responsible for managing a small fit-out project, working independently during the first week while carrying out and overseeing: * Partitioning * Carpentry works * Demolition * General site management and coordination * Ensuring health & safety standards are maintained Requirements: * Previous shop fit-out experience (essential) * Strong carpentry background * Valid SMSTS certificate * Valid First Aid at Work certificate * Ability to work independently and manage site operations
