About the role
Lighthouse Hotel Management is seeking a Cluster HR Executive (Maternity Cover) to support our teams and leaders across the cluster, providing practical guidance on employee relations, policy implementation, and staff development.
You will design and deliver training, coach Heads of Department on people matters, ensure compliance with UK employment law, and drive engagement and wellbeing initiatives within a busy hospitality group.
